Recovered Carbon Black
Recovered Carbon black, also called pyrolysis carbon black, refers to the solid material produced by thermal cracking of waste
tires under anaerobic or anoxic conditions, and the product is prepared through reprocessing. The main component is the
carbon black, white carbon black and other reinforcing materials added to the production of tires. Its basic physical and
chemical properties are unique, and the application properties are similar to industrial carbon black.
Features
Recovered Carbon black, Its stable quality can meet the application needs of tire, conveyor belt, rubber products, asphalt,
color master and other industries. It can provide customized products and formula, greatly improve the product cost
performance.
It can partially replace a variety of industrial carbon black, such as N660, N330, greatly reduce the production cost.
Application
1. Recovered Carbon black as a new type of carbon black, it can be widely used in tire side, body, cord layer and other parts.
2. It can be used in conveyor belt, V-shaped transmission belt, rubber hose, seals and other rubber products
3. It has high coloring power, can be used as the main color or color pigment, used in high gloss blue phase color master batch
industry, it also can be used as high filling filler, used in blow molding and injection master batch filler industry.
4. It has a good blackness, can be used for news newspaper ink, common paint filler.
